What am I being charged for exactly?+

A single one-time fee at the moment you start your certification journey. No subscription, no hidden fees. The amount matches your chosen tier (Bronze USD 500 / Silver USD 650 / Gold USD 800).

Can I upgrade from one tier to another?+

Yes. Email billing@uikglobalstandard.org with your invoice number — you'll only pay the difference.

How long does the certification take?+

6 to 8 weeks on average for Bronze/Silver. 8 to 12 weeks for Gold (external audit included).

What payment methods can I use?+

Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA (Europe). Payment is processed by Paddle.

How do I request a refund?+

You have 14 days from payment for a full refund, as long as the certificate has not been issued. See our refund policy.
