Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU consumer laws, you have 14 calendar days from payment to request cancellation and a full refund, provided the certificate has not yet been issued.
Once the certificate is officially issued (Bronze/Silver/Gold badge generated with QR code), the service is deemed fully performed and the withdrawal right ends.
Email billing@uikglobalstandard.org quoting your UIK invoice number UIK-XXXXXXXX. Refund is processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
No refund for issued certificates, or for audits scheduled less than 48h ahead. Stripe processing fees (~3%) are non-refundable.
In case of disagreement, you may resort to the competent consumer mediator or the EU ODR platform.
